The type of personal information we collect

From time to time we may collect and process information to help inform the work of The Friends of the Dell Park. This may include personal identifiers, such as name, contact details and characteristics.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you to help us inform our park designs, to demonstrate the need for park improvements and to help us continuously improve our ways of working.

We may share this information as part of our efforts to secure funding for the park redevelopment. For example, as part of our Lottery bid.

We may also receive personal information indirectly from our partners. For example, if they also undertake a survey to gather feedback in relation to the development of the Dell.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by emailing us.

(b) We have a legitimate interest.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored. We will keep your data for up to a five year period. We will delete any specific records, for example, survey results with identifiable information, after this time period.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including your right to withdraw consent. Please contact us if you wish to make a request.
